there are not enough hours… minutes… seconds to visit all of  the amazingly talented poets’ blogs that are around the internet these days. i can’t even keep my blogrolls up-to-date. i have done posts featuring individual or groups of  poets with short introductions about each poet plus two or three of  each one’s poems. honestly, i don’t have time to finish the poems i have started. here are some no-frills links to stunning poems. if  you’re looking for more, just click on any of  the links in the blogrolls at the bottom of  the page. they are each and every one full of  delicious words….

a blonde stone,
a ripe orange,

NIGHT BURN   by   hedgewitch

As the black-pelted evening prowls in, paw pacing paw,
panther shoulders rippling, remorseless in heat,
I think of you my hellspawned dear, your lustrous
velvet coat, your lace-edged cavalier cuffs
your star torn smile, small sharp teeth,
crimson liar’s tongue.

I remember the…..READ MORE

  1. You are so kind to include me in this wonderful group. I’m very honored.

    • that’s kind of you to say, Diana. ♥ you are an amazing and talented poet as well as photographer ~ i think i need to add your photography blog to my blogroll. sorry ~ i am waaaay behind on that kind of thing. *hugs*

  2. I am going on as many of these sites as I can. Already know Fireblossom and a couple of others, but new poets are an inspiration. I think it’s wonderful that you shared your blog with these artists. Jingle, in particular, has done more to foster cooperation and networking among poets than almost anyone I know! Thanks, Dani! Love, Amy

    • i literally can not find time to visit all of the poets i love even once a week. the online poetry community ~ through Jingle, One Stop Poetry, Poets United, Jingle Poetry and others ~ is the most supportive group of people i’ve ever met. it still astonishes me after a year and a half. i agree completely about Jingle! i don’t think there is another individual who has done as much as Jingle ~ she rocks & rolls! so many have befriended, encouraged, taught and helped me that i must do something in return. featuring someone on my blog is nothing big, but i hope it lets every poet i encounter {such as yourself} know that i love their words and respect their talent, whether i’ve featured them yet or not. it’s an honor for me to share the words of people far more talented than i will ever be. ♥ {sorry, i get emotional because i wouldn’t have a blog or be writing if it wasn’t for the kindness of other writers.} thank you for your visits and kind comments, Amy! ♥ *sparkly hugs*

  3. “Lace Ladder” and “Angel” — beautiful work! RT
