    • i don’t know or follow the intricacies of true haiku. the most basic description is a poem of three lines, the syllable count being 5/7/5. i don’t write just haiku and i’m not good at rhyming. i was impressed with the honest emotions you conveyed in your poem while also rhyming. thank you for your visit and kind comment.
